Do you remember this dialogue from the Chichore Movie…
“Success ke baad ka plan sabke paas hai, lekin agar galti se fail ho gaye to failure se kaise deal karna hai, ispe koi baat hi nai karna chahta”
This line was told by the character played by Late Actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
If you haven’t watched this movie or do not remember the dialogue.
You know the context of the article.
Depression is killing people – It’s for real.
Depression is defined as…

(Symptoms mentioned in Medical News Today)
Just do one thing.
Talk, to them.
That you are with him/her.
That you care.
That he/she will get out of it.
“Accept the situation which makes you feel sad.”
Acceptance is bliss.
Tell them – “Let’s talk about it.”
Let’s see how we can come out of it.
Neither be a teacher and ask tough questions nor be a guide and give all solutions.
First of all,
In fact – We should inculcate this within ourselves,
and our dear ones that it’s absolutely fine to discuss and seek help when you are not feeling okay mentally.
Reach out & seek for hands who can navigate +ve energy and vibes to your direction.
We all lie.
Accept it. We lie because do not want to be judged.
We lie because you do not want to look ugly.
We lie because we fear to lose.
We lie because….
All I am trying to say is talk to people.
Mental health needs to be given high priority.
You never know what a person is going through,
what they are struggling with.
It’s not so hard to be nice to someone.
Try to talk to your friends & family,
just be there for them and reach out if you are going through dark thoughts.
Its high time to put your efforts and energy toward happiness and peace of mind rather than this never-ending rat race of becoming successful in the eyes of someone.
Let your mind know that the this feeling is temporary and like you,
there are a million others going through this state of feeling unaccomplished.
Peace is not found somewhere far away but can be found through love and care among your dear ones.
If they do not reach to you – You reach to them.
Talk to them, if it’s not helping – Go consult a doctor.
Do not make it a “What if the world knows thing?”.
So, be a cure.
Talk – Create hope.
Take them out of it.
Believe me – Hope Pulls.
NOTE: This is my personal opinion. You find your way. See what works for you. But do reach out to people who need help. Save a life.
